We can definitely create an item made exactly to your measurements! But please be aware that you will be responsible for ensuring that all measuring is accurate - we will make the item to your exact measurements and a custom sizing order cannot be returned.

Our BioThane and PVC pieces are made to order. If any of the components aren’t in stock when you place your order, we’ll email you with the expected wait, and your item can take up to three weeks to be made and posted.

I’m based in Ma Ma Creek, in the Lockyer Valley, QLD. If you’d like to collect an item from the workshop, send us an email first so we can lock in a suitable time once your order has been made.

We attend many endurance rides in South East Queensland. If you would like to collect your order from us, please email to check that we are attending the ride too! We are more than happy to bring it along for you.

For now, we are focused on the manufacturing side of our business - however, we are soon to be launching a range of rider safety wear and clothing!

Yes — if you want a friend to collect your order, email us at mphsaddlery@gmail.com with their full name, phone number and address. They’ll need to give the same details when they collect it, and once we’ve released the order, it’s in their hands.

Have a look at our sizing charts first — they’re the best place to start. If you’re between sizes or ordering something custom, take your measurements carefully so you can choose the best fit for you and your horse or dog.
